Get it surveyed prior to closing. Great deal, IF it passes survey. Go down for the survey if you can. Do not use a surveyor recommended by broker/seller.
BTW, for a college kid......who's your bank?????I think you are more horse trader than student!:laugha: End of hijack..... |
lets see. so far this winter i have gotten a, 30lb boga, new waders, Arc hook remover, I ordered a silver VS250 on thursday. and i am thinking about getting a SSU1201MH built, i want to check them out at the shows first. and to carry all this i am shopping for a SUV, all the beach driving seems to be taking its toll on the ole sportage.

I haven't seen the conventional models yet, but there is no way I'd spend the extra dough for a custom spinning rod. Not even to get my own colors. I've never seen a production rod laid out so perfectly for me. |
SuperSize the S-B ZeeBaas (been hurting for more capacity)
Eelskins Some plugs New Waders and if I can lose 30 more #s by the summer, I might, just might, maybe, perhaps - get a wet suit :hihi: |

I've been busy this winter so far.... So far got the dome mounted. For gear got a new jigging rod and an intl 30. Be looking at the show also for lures and gear.

I need a lot this year. Surf rod for sure but I'm not sure what make yet. Any ideas? I also need a good spinning reel for slinging eels which I want to try out in earnest this year. Plugs, plugs and more plugs from some of the guys on here. I remember putting an order in for a Wonder bread last year but never heard back!? I would love one of those big time! Offer still stands for a boat ride on the bay Big Fish!! The boat is a whole other topic but I need to get some stuff done on her as well. I have to get my shop in order big time:nailem:!

I have no idea what I am going to buy yet. I'll just go to the MSBA and Providence shows with an open mind and an open wallet. I'm doing 70% of my fishing from the boat, so I can't justify the Van Staal or ZeeBass. I need to get a couple of Abu's and Penn's serviced soon and maybe will pick up another Lami to use in the surf. I was looking into getting a kayak for an area I fish a lot, and will definitely be picking up a bunch of new plugs.

toona gear...more squids, bars, crimps, etc..:spin: Is it June yet?:wall:

I'm seriously thinking about getting a kayak this year, not to fish from exclusively, but also to "aid" in surfcasting.
either way, I'm gonna need more plugs and maybe some new waders, I'm considering going to stocking foot with wading boots, the boot foot waders in my shoe size don't seem to fit me too well...time to lose weight maybe! |
getting the gsb1201L cut down to 9'6" as my new plugging/eeling rod.. then a new stick for my yak - 7' on an abu6500.
|
Other than a new plug bag for the nights I throw wood and plastic...
All I need is... A new spool of 80lb leader material 1 box of 100 6/0 hooks 1 pack of 100 150lb swivels. |
The usual:
Box of 100 6/0 octopus hooks. Spool of 50# big game for leaders. 50# and 60# power pro. Already picked up a Simms dry top and backup felt sole waders. Keep it simple. |

Guess I don't need much...
got a daiwa powersurf at the end of the season. hoping to get a big jointed plug or two to add to the arsenal a coupla skins and another plug or two to put em on I am sure that will be it :hee: |
