your kidding me right.. look at Obama's campaign and his message from day one.

Then look at McCain's message..

McCain is the most reactionary candidate I have ever seen. Maybe that is the true meaning of being a 'maverick' :hihi:

I'm not pro-McCain, look through my bizzillion posts, I have never tooted his horn, and when I did, it was defending him against the media. I am strongly anti-Obama. The only reason Obama is the Democratic candidate is a reaction to Bush. I want change too, I think Bush is a disaster. But I believe Obama's change is a smokescreen. he has proposed very little that is different than the Democratic party line. The change is purely, we move from Republican control to Democratic. Thats not change I can believe in.

Actually the only reason he is the Democratic candidate is, well, Look at the choices they put up there.

Obama, Barack
Clinton, Hillary
Edwards, John
Biden, Joe
Dodd, Christopher
Gravel, Mike
Kucinich, Dennis
Richardson, Bill

They all pretty much ran on the "Not Bush" and "Ready For Change" platform........and it came down to him or her.

it wasn't a reaction to Bush

interesting, thanks for sharing.
I was in the library this weekend and there was a 13-14 yr old girl printing a collage of Obama pictures out on the pc. I thought that was kind of cute. I was going to go over and bust her bubble and trod on her dreams, but I figured she is no different than the 50+% of the country and I should let her have her day in the sun.
