well
you never specified what type of arthritis you had.
osteo? or what? always remember...we are all walking bags of chemicals and a drug that works perfectly for me may not even dent your pain and vice versa. It might be that codiene is perfect for you ...or naproxin or acetaminophen...it's an experiment to see what works. I found out that i was lacking magnesium for instance making my muscles knot up like a bastage and when i took it in supplemental form i had allot less problems all around. it's probably going to be a whole bunch of things in concert that will be your strategy. |
Doc said it was degenerative osteo-arthritis Craig. It's from the fall I took up in Maine while fishing a few years ago.

ahh i see
i got ejected from my car doing 60 mph after i rolled and flipped my vw bug on a curvy treacherous road...
then i got rolled or bowled down the black top and didn't break my neck thankfully but many years later the damage is really kickin in.... the people driving towards me thought i was a tumbleweed (bush) lol :spin: afterwards, i didn't even know which way was home  i was sober as a church mouse |
it's free to try

Some how I missed this thread.
Anyway I've been in two devastatingly bad car accidents and have broken more bones than I care to count. I've found no one thing covers all my issues. That being said the best thing I've found that works is a high quality mattress and an ergonomic pillow. And even then I still have nights where I just can't get comfortable and can't fall asleep. Stress more than anything can aggravate and make pain even worse.Having the ability to be able to relax is key.Someday hopefully I'll be able to learn to relax. |
