Maybe nothing will happen and that is fine, but it would be nice to see Justice prevail over greed and profiteering.

Many if not all of those on board said they had thier people check out the info before they voted to back Bush. So how do you back away from that. You can't legitimately, but you can try.

Nice smokescreen by Biden, Congers, Waxman et.al, sooz not to appoint a special prosecuter to see who in Congress was responsible for the Freddy, Fannie meltdown that has us headed for a "29" depression.

Enuff of :deadhorse: and investigating steroids in baseball.

I was thinking the same thing. You want some bang for your prosecutorial buck, go after Frank and Dodd. Two individuals who are neck deep in the worst financial crisis since the great depression. Make the tax payers and those who were directly affected and fleeced feel like they can at least get some closure. Put a face to those who are guilty. I do not care what party they are from. Although I think we all know.

I agree Bronko.

I was just asking... but it doesnt just end with "misleading"

but those sly ivy league lawyers of the DoD who thought up that crap should be held to account, no? There should be hearings and subsequent war crimes indictments. And if the higher ups are found to be complicit (Rumsfeld) they should be charged as well and if found guilty sent to prison. Do you agree, partisanship aside?

This administration broke the law, plain and simple. And what the hell is up with old dude's use of presidential signing statement. According to the American Bar Association his generous use of them (as opposed to Reagans or Bush Sr.) is "contrary to the rule of law and our constitutional system of separation of powers". I'd be sweating if I was Karl Rove....

With regard to the Bush Administration, I only offer this advice.

You can fool some people all the time and fool all people some of the time, But you cant fool ALL people ALL the time....

I'm glad Saddam is dead. I have a very low opinion of those who are not.

I see now how disconnected your rational is from anything of substance. What an odd thing to say.

How about because it isn't true?

Prove it.
