The simulas bill should be targeted and temporary. Of which it is not.

I'm not going to argue that Dems aren't using the opportunity to push legislation they've been looking to get past the last decade...they certainly are.

But to say Obama is withholding stimulus to get votes is absurd and baseless. As was said, you don't flood the pump. I've never seen any major program like this funded all at once.
