Two friends/co-workers of mine were in the building. One made it out a window. The other is still unaccounted for. Very sad.

Alot of bad decisions caused this tragedy, hopefully some new regulations will come out of it so this doesn't happen again. Due to the building being built before 1976, It wasn't required to have a sprinkler system. It should be the other way around.
