I play wack a mole :smash: grommet holes reamed to a good fit prior to seal/prime/paint after which fit is tight -whack 'em in.

Thank you for the tips fellas. I guess I'm thinking through things more than I have too. I already have lettered bits and the wood laying around for shaping.:wall:

Here's the way I see it.
Do you care? Do you clean up your shop and keep your tools in good working order? Do you clean your tackle after each use? Yes yes and Yes? You will probably use grommets. No, No and No well probably not. Grommets are something that simply add a touch of finish to your creation. It's all in the presentation. |
