So theoretically, yes, a 6-year-old could walk in and request condoms. The chances of that happening, of course, are slim—but if a 6-year-old were asking about sex, wouldn't a little counseling from a medical professional be in order?

It seems like a lot of parents would rather keep their head in the sand and believe there is no way daddy's little girl could be Mikey's little hoe. Just as parents often spend more physical time around their co-workers than their families, these teachers are often around the kids for far more hours than the parents are. I'd be willing to bet the level of sexual activity of teenagers is quite obvious to a teacher.

ok... all other arguments aside. Lets just say this IS a good idea for one moment so I can ask this question....how effective can these really be when used by kids. I am not getting into detail because I know that you know what I am getting at here.
