fatcow went large this morning, methinks. Not as big as his bro's but a nice solid fish was seen in a bike basket while riding out to a certain UDL. On a very, very slow overnight and morning, too. :btu:

Great fish!

Quite an accomplishment from shore.:claps::claps::claps:

Congratulations J, on your fatcow. That is quite an accomplishment.
You do put your time in, we are happy for you.

"Holy CRAP! that's almost as big as him" says Melissa
she said to tell you congrats

Hard work pays off...truely deserving anglers both!!!! Well Done!!!!

Congratulations. Love to hear when those who put in the time get rewarded especially at a place like the canal.

eelskimmer 06-20-2011 11:39 AM

Well Done

Dear JTG,
I promise to personally shake your hand and
give you a big hug for that mama bass next
time we meet on the canal. The pole number
estimated from the pix shows my favorite
spot but I am going to forgive you because
I know you are a hard working SOB and I
was out of state at the time. Congrats to
your bro and please a large (repeat) large
box of souvlaki next time for my spot.
Thank you kindly.

Well---if that was me, you could bet your bottom dollar that I posed for a picture as far from where I caught it as possible. :rotf2: :biglaugh:

Nice fish!

Did you catch on one of the many rods you've won over the years :hee: !

Good to see as I've fished next net to him before bailing 40s while the rest of us were popping teens at best ;)

stripercrazy 06-21-2011 06:38 AM

This is kind of funny when you think about all the rods (four years in a row) he has won in the raffle at TFCTFN. Awesome fish.

He fishes very hard, putting in many hours.
