There's laws in place that all oil barges/tankers have to be double hulled...

by 2005 :( :(

Took a ride in the boat today out to the elizabeth chain to check my secret spots....

No oil there.... but I got some splattered on the bow cutting back by Mishaum...

Sandspit still has alot of oil... :(
