my cichilids are very behaved now that I showed them what could happen if they misbehave.

olive oil, coarse sea salt and fresh cracked 5 blend peppercorns over a very hot bed of hardwood lump charcoals....
nice char on the outside and warm pink center....perfect-o !!!
