I caught it and Chef Dave Morrison of BI’s Old Towne Inn prepared it....
Perhaps a Sauvignon Blanc and a good after-dinner cigar would be a nice accompaniment?

WhaTTAH you from Maine or Maryland (looks small unless there!)?...If legal though, those are the ones to keep (let the big ones go and eat the low PCB smallies). Plus the fish grows a foot if you caught it conventional, another foot if on lure, and two more feet if caught from shore (so u might have an "equivlanet" 50-pounder there)...tell it to the judge if you cross state lines!

Not one of my biggest, but still a nice fish.....27#......

This is my new fish I caught two weeks ago. I know they are not stripers, but awesome and edible fish when prepared properly.:D
