There is at least one member of our RAP that is "getting paid" (by environmental interests) to be on as many panels and to influence as many outcomes as he possibly can. I often wonder who on our panel is getting paid by commercial lobbiests......JC

In addition to the NEFMC's RAP I am an advisor to both the ASMFC and the MAFMC for summer flounder, black sea bass and scup.

As you well know, and have pointed out in your original post in this thread, advisors are not always listened to by the bodies they advise.
