That's why the hearsay rules for a conspiracy differ from typical. Obstructing the investigation by withholding testimony and documents will make it harder to obtain the truth. Has the WH let anyone testify? Has the WH released any of the subpoenaed documentation? Did Zelensky go to the White House already? Was the money released before the White House learned of the whistleblower? Did Ukraine's new government get all the Trump and Pence meetings it was first promised? |

The Whistleblower BS is like calling 911 to report you heard of a crime and never having the Police investigate. You want to blame the guy who called 911 for the failure to investigate or find out why nothing happened with the call. It's pretty obvious at this point that something happened to the aid to Ukraine and it involved the administration. |

Starr also said it was “shocking” that Saldmans opening statement didn’t include the fact that he heard Trump say he didn’t want a quod pro Quo. cherry picking and slight of hand. it’s all you got. Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device |

Both direct and circumstantial evidence can be given equal weight in a court of law. If you get up in the morning and there’s snow on the ground is that evidence that it snowed? Is it fake news? Do you think Sondland is stupid and can’t figure out what is wanted, who wants it and why they want it? Apparently some people are Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device |

ordered the quid pro quo. but i can’t come close to proving it, nor do i think it’s a high crime or misdemeanor for a president to use any leverage at his disposal, to get a foreign power to get to the truth about what americans, even democrats, are doing abroad. but we need to be willing to present facts honestly, let americans decide, and live with the decision. the gop got absolutely annihilated in 2008. The RNC didn’t resort to anarchy, they formed the tea party which appealed to huge numbers of voters, and which catapulted them to a huge comeback until 2018. The DNC is responding to Trump by nominating the most unpopular candidates imaginable. Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device |

Cooper said that since she testified in private, her staff has brought to her attention emails and other information that show Ukraine was inquiring about the suspended aid on July 25, the same day as the Trump-Zelensky call.

Wow who uses quid pro quo. Stating they didnt want one. In sentence.. no less a phone call unless he has knowledge thats the word on the Street . Or they knew what was in the whistleblower report.. and tried to get a head of it Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device |

so if one truly didn’t engage in quid pro quo, but they are accused of it... how in your mind can they deny it, without appearing guilty. And trump want trying to get sued if it. this guy picked that time to ask trump what he wanted, trump answered. do you answer questions days before they are asked? or when they are asked? it’s nit trumps fault or doing, that your witness picked that moment to ask trump what he wanted from ukraine. Gibberish. If trump confesses he’s guilty, if he proclaims his innocence he’s guilty. Your side did the same thing with Kavanaugh. Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device |

Trump wanted dirty help for his 2020 reelection campaign. He sent messages demanding that dirty help to the Ukrainians directly on the phone and via his henchmen. He stalled military aid to extort the help. The Ukrainians nearly surrendered, until the whistle-blower report reached Congress on September 9 and knocked loose the aid on September 11.

I wouldn’t spend that bet money yet, wearing the badge of shame as one of only a few presidents to be impeached is likely to move a lot of undecided to the other side. We also know from experience that once the campaign really gets going after Moscow Mitch holds his fake trial, Trump will show America they haven’t even seen real nasty yet.

Who is your favorite candidate at this point?
Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device |
I really like mayor Pete, but he can’t possibly win the nomination without the support of the black community. I hope Warren can’t win and I’d be surprised if she can maintain her momentum. Biden still seems to be the most likely candidate, but we have a long way to go, to answer your question; it’s too early for me to pick my horse.
