Most crime is a responsibility of the states. You do seem to have this notion that Trump is responsible for everything. Well, at least for everything bad. You don't seem to think he is responsible for anything good.

And Trump specifically stated what he took no responsibility for. And he was correct.

If there is not a cop car in the area, and now you know for sure there are no plain clothes officers in the area because that program has been defunded, then it’s Game On.
