Bomba said hi but I had no idea you were on the boat.
You should have introduced yourself.

Where were you?

After the morning bite slowed Mike & I both headed to the outer harbor to jig mackerel.
My boat is the Downeast KALM SEAS
At one point we had the boats stern to stern & Bomba yelled over to say hi. I didn’t recognize him because he had a hat on.
I heard you are having some health issues.

Health is improving but I didn’t exactly jump on and off the boat. At Christmas I couldn’t walk without a walker and a few months ago to be honest didn’t know if I could handle the trip. No big issues though and I continue to get healthier every day. Walking 8-12 miles a week.

Thanks, just had umbilical surgery this morning so add that to the pile of stuff to recover from. Went well though.

Projects 4 of 5 complete. Two sets of stairs totally rebuilt and proper rails added, grade level deck and wrap around porch resurfaced using existing substructure which just needed reinforcement for the picture frame and details and minimal sistering. All PT decking (about 1000 sq/ft) is now gone and I'm very pleased with the results. Last project is the lattice under the porch which I hope to have done next week.

Color is in-between the second the third photos. TimberTech Vintage in Weathered Teak.

And you guys thought I was going to use GLUE! :hee:

Few more. The new front stairs to the porch makes a nice statement from the road. Scope creep, we don't need no stinking scope creep :smokin:
