"Freshies in the Wareham area saturday. They came and went in about 45 minutes on a dropping tide. Between my brother and I, probably caught 30. Went to the same place today and same time based on tide, not a thing except a lot colder/more windy."

I fished wareham twice, once off the pier and the beach, both fri and sat late afternoons to no dice, and fished falmouth too before wareham on fri, and there was nothing...

both times, not even a bite, nary a nibble.

Am gonna try again next weekend...

A dude I spoke to who stopped by the spot I was fishing in said he caught mad schoolies the night before. *shrug*

Must choose your spots selectively this time of year.....

Fished CT waters this weekend, 5 fish with 41 inches being the largest.

Went back last night and as the old saying goes, "wind from the east fish bite least". Air and water temps down from the night before, oh well, Ces't la vie!
