I'm suprised more folks have not mentioned blackfish/tautog
Cut em in chunks and fry them, they're amazing. They eat mostly crabs and mussels, good stuuf

crafty's drunkard tautog stew is a delish. i need that recipe for x-mas for my girlfriend...but she is gonna be in chicago...:crying: for her brother's home. damn it!

i voted for fluke but i rarely eat it. FRESH blues are a close second. Cooked on the grill they are great. Anything under 10 pounds, the dark stuff is a bit stronger but i like it too. In a few hours i will be eating the blues i got last night, bout 5-6 pounds, i cant wait.
