Thanks for the squid afterhours :btu:

I just wanted to say I had a great time this weekend. The volunteers that came are what made the show as great as it was in my opinion. Well, first and foremost, big props to BasicPatrick and Bigfish, these two put in so many hours making the show what it was :claps: and combine that with a great bunch of people from the MSBA that gave up thier weekend to make sure everything went off as best it could. Without the volunteers there would never even have been a show, these people deserve a huge round of applause. :claps: I really thought there would be many more volunteers in attendance, luckily the ones that did volunteer their time really stepped up and made the show what it was, terrific...
. It was great putting a few more faces with names, insteed of just avatars in my head, lol... There was just so much to see  between the great seminars and demo's then add on all the tackle :bl: I was in fishin heaven... Always great to see JohnR, got a chance to meet up with The Specialist, Slipknot, CS, and MAc. Sooo many, got a chance to talk with so many. I wish i had more time. Great meeting Ty19 and Starfish, wish I had more time to spend talking with you two...and no, none of the booty I had in my arms made it to my truck. But I did walk away with some shweet gear for this season... Sorry if I missed anyone, I know I did, the names are streaming thru my head right now. But, it was great seeing all of you.. Again, big thanks to BasicPatrick and Bigfish, I appreciate all the work that went into making the show what it was, awesome....... Hope to see some of the S-B crew soon, but, it will be on the rocks............. |

But still its a small price to pay,,, the aching will pass, but the great time and new faces will stick. Thanks for all the donations at the JUNIORS RAFFLE TABLE.....The kids, MSBA and I appreciate your support... Except for the guy who slipped in some nickels instead of quarters for a 1 dollar chance. Can you believe he scammed us for 40 cents..... |

Thanks again to the volunteers for MSBA.
You folks are truly outstanding!... This was a great year. Glad to have met some members from the board I haven't spoken with... Nightfighter... Yes, the BL Simulator products were very well received amongst the boaters and should do very well... Thanks! |

It’s always worth the trip to spend time with quality people.
The Volunteers who man the MSBA events are second to none. Patrick and Larry do consistently great job. It is good to see the S-B.com boss (if your wife finds your new toy and you have to get rid of it fast, let me know!) having fun. The S-B.com members are some knowledgeable dudes and dudettes! It’s great to put a face to the screen name… although next year you should wear name tags like me! Ron Arra IMHO is a great ambassador of the sport; I can never spend enough time with him and feed of his enthusiasm for the sport The Pt. Jude Guys, other than having a great product line (they bumped Hopkins and Charlie Graves out of my bags) are pure class Next meeting april 1 in RI??? |
Awesome job on the show, I was there saturday w/ the little guy and we had a blast. It was good to meet a few more people from the site and see some I've met before. The Plug Demos were awesome and I left with a few more tricks to try.
A Big Thanx on a job Well Done |
Kudos to Jenna

Volunteers were awesome
Especially Squid Kids Dad and Swimmer. They were all over the place like a bad rash helping out. Oops.
Some people say fishermen are anti-social. Next time I talk to someone I'll ask their opinon, maybe. :hs: |
One more thing, I saw a HABATTACK
For those of you who didn't make it. I was witness to a reel life HABATTACK at M & D's booth. Mike, his wife, and daughter had all they could do to keep up with the Habs request. Of the first forty guys to enter the show 39 went straight for M & D's booth. I thought we were going to have to hire a detail officer for crowd control. Great plugs obviously being sold by a real nice guy.

Missed the event this year. :( But I was wondering if that english chap was there who was growing those big sandworms? He was there last year (Had some M O N S T E R worms too) and said his company was opening a plant in Maine. After reading Charley's book I need to find a source for killer sandworms.
Has anybody purchased worms from this outfit? |
Sandman, pete santini (member here) had them at his booth -worm dealer is Sea Bait-. I think they can be mailed too.
|
Worms
Sandman,
I talked with the english fellow and he said his plans were a costly year behind schedule. He had full grown worms and whatever the newbies are called. The young ones were and inch or so long. |
