I didn't buy much my self, a half dozen of the little Rangers and a Berkley Boga Grip wantabe. I did manage to come home with a couple freebies, some of Krispy's work I'll try dragging around behind the boat and some poppers I think might work ok.http://www.ledgerunnerbaits.com/habs.jpg :).

Before someone gets the wrong idea and thinks something is wrong with Krispies Plug. The above bit about the hooks being "on top" is a joke! Those of you who really know me know that I have a weird sense of humor! I hope!

Live in the South End and work in Back bay, which is pretty convenient. I notice by your profile that you like hockey. I'm a HUGE hockey fan. Where are you located?

I am from Jamaica PLain, but I reside in Quincy now. I work for the phone company, cover from Mass ave in Roxbury/So end to Dedham. I love hockey myself. I played in my local unions tournament this past weekend and we won the whole thing.

Ben and I had a great time at the show. Love those Habs and Tatoo special order jobs:D . It was good meeting up with a few folks I haven't seen since last fall. Now to get some time on the water.:rolleyes:

Red we were 3-0. The way the tournament was set up the team on Friday night with the most goals got a bye the next round. We won friday night 9-2. We play the third round on Saturday night winning 5-2. Then on Sunday night we beat the heavy favorite 5-2, winning the championship game.

Hey specialist that's super(hockey team). I'm just a fan. I used to play when I was younger. J.P. I used to go to a bar called the Brendan Behan a lot. My friend Denis Brennan played there every Monday night for a long time (this was many moons ago though).

I just ordered my first Saltheart rod thank to seeing his handywork at the show!!:p

Rich - That is a very nice rod. I was going to build one myself but I already have 4 rods to do :eek:

Thanks for the welcome gentlemen! It certainly seems like a very laid back board. Kinda like hanging out in your favorite tackleshop for a half hour or so. Not that I ever do that!!! :)

John, I have some rods to build as well so when Saltheart gave me his more than reasonable price for that rod, I just had to jump at it! Too many things to do and not enough time. PLUS I got tabbed to be assistant soccer coach for my son's team. Maybe I could work off some of this insulation I built up over the Winter!

Saltheart, my son and I are heading to the post office with money order in hand! Should be there early next week. Let me know when it arrives.
