But, on Pats' next to last possession, up by three, why not work the clock down with at least two running plays??? Two incompletes = 13 seconds..... I just don't recall this team mismanaging a clock like that in a big game during the BillB era. Two key drops. Defense gave up a lot in last 3 quarters, to a very good offense. Call against Troy Brown was brutal.

They overachieved this season and I think they did very well, It's just too bad they didn't get this done and put the nail in the coffin.
We did the Colts a favor by knocking out the Chargers much like the Jags knocked out the Broncos back in 96.

They where saying before the game the travel to SD took it's toll on the team..They seemed to be in a funk til thursday.an many of the team like Bruschi where battling the flu which will play out in the fourth quarter like it did..
That roughing the passer was a borderline call.I can't explain why they did not run the ball an burn some clock when they had the ball before the go ahead drive by the colts..
