Hopefully with a little more home work I plan on surf fishing Know man's;)mid summer. Boat wise, gonna concentrate on deep humps when the water warms up, weather permitting. There's so much to learn and try closer to home but often its the hunt not so much the kill.

Sounds good but really is a dangerous place to go ashore Noman's is and having worked the last couple years with the USFWS on Monomoy and Nomans 15 year management plan review there will be people out there from that agency this coming year.

Only minimal landing sites and strong tides plus the shark thing and that is no bs. Better off casting from the boat off of the north side rip at mid island.

Thanks for the heads up, looks like plan B is good or better. See the edited part the 1st post.:hee:

Tie a line to the back of Goose's boat and have him tow me to all his hot spots then cut the line and sneak off to my spots:soon: I hope to spend A LOT more nights across the bay with eels and some good friends. Work on a fifty and sixty this year. NOMANS:buds:

Looking to fish closer to home in order to fish more.

I don't care where I do it, but I want to break 30# on top water from the shore this year. Came pretty close the last couple of years (27,28), and I lost a honker in the wash last year on a pencil that must have been in the over 30 class. I think this year I'll do it.

I want to try some place I haven't fished before. I am going to venture over towards the Hooter and do some exploring. I have been told more than once that you can find anything from large fluke to large mako's in that area.

I'd like to try and fly fish the flats near me, get out more since I now have some work in the same town as my boat. Catch a tuna even if its a rat.

I also want to fish a couple nights on some south side spots that i've wanted to try since last year.

Catch a 40+ lb fish...

Is it really here?

I just went outside, except for the stiff breeze it is absolutely a nice day.
Had thoughts of uncovering the vessel last week, didn't do it, but I shall on Saturday. Blow out the leaves and such, and maybe go for a test float. Drag a line in the process.

Look for a new fishing spot, since Vinyard sound will be junk after all them draggers are dome with it! :realmad:
