Depending on how long the jetty is, you might have a better shot hunkered down in the rocks than trying to walk in. If I was out on the end of the Scussett jetty, I probably couldn't get in before a fast moving cell closed in on me.
I probably wouldn't be out there in the first place when storms were forecast, but lots of guys don't check the online weather, or know what the warning signs in the sky look like. |
