I have to say I am quite pleased with myself this year! The true flavor of Thanksgiving to me has always been in my Dad's gravy! He just made the most delicious gravy I have ever had! After he passed away it was left to me to try to replicate it and I have tried now for 8 years......this year I nailed it! It came out over the top perfect!!! He would be proud! :jump:

Feast
 

A small get together with my wifes family. 60+ and counting. And everyone can COOK UP A FEAST TO DIE FOR. My contribution is my brined garbage can turkey. One of three turkeys and a ham. Wife is making candied sweat potatoes, punch.
Mother in law has to bring the oyster stuffing or answer for it. Everyone has a specialty to bring.:drool:


Up date., also.... belch..... was two hams.....groan...green beans.....mashed potatoes.... gravy.....salad...oof...vegies...
8 pppiiiieeeesss....pumpkin, apple, peach, cake, all home made..... must rest before finishing left overs:uhuh:
