1321M, vs300, fireline xds 60lb if you can find it anymore, no backing no blood knots. If a fish spools that its earned the rite to swim away.

Had almost the same thing happen to me last week.

Sat in the boat wondering what the hell it was, then all of a sudden a stupid seal swam by with my 20 Dollar crazy crippler stuck in its face.

tatoo its all i throw, 2 setups exactly the same, had 3 but that was before they perfected the reel, cut one down to use out of the boat at night slinging eels into shore.
