Plan on Saturday February the 16th at 11:30 A.M. ( Club is NOT available the 16th so it will be the 24th possibly)
Location to be decided.....
Could be pot luck...
Hope to have raffle also...

it means we are looking into renting a hall to accommodate everyone and the Saturday the 16th is not available so we will have to have it on a Sunday. All the Saturdays are spoken for.

Question,

Are we going to need a bartender this year?

We can get the Monument Beach Sportsman’s club again this year but on a Sunday Feb 17th or Feb 24th. The 17th is tough to get a bartender but the 24th there can be one available if we need one.

Remember no outside alcohol allowed.

Let me know and we can choose a date as the hall is available those 2 Sundays.
