WDMSO, I know that, and that's what's ironic. When a liberal moves across the country from NY for FL because they can no longer afford to live in NY but can easily afford to live in FL, they don't usually convert to conservative.

But why don't they?

They uprooted themselves because they can't afford liberalism, and they go to a conservative state where they can easily afford to live.

How is that not proof, that conservatism is more likely to work for people who aren't wealthy?

If I had to flee liberalism for economic reasons, how stupid would I have to be, to still claim that liberalism works? It's hilarious!

Your out if touch liberals are leaving after making money and having worked jobs that have provide the means to do so. And the more moderate weather.

No one is fleeing liberal states as you suggest for jobs or housing or better schools or just for less taxes .. that’s your fantasy

Have people moved for those reasons I am sure some have ... it both directions

The Sales Tax Rate for Tennessee is 9.5%. The US average is 7.3%.
- The Income Tax Rate for Tennessee is 0.0%. The Average is 4.6

No ones moving to save 3%

Just saw this on the AOC bandwagon over at fox

AOC is a product of the transformation of the American education system from a place of learning to a place of political indoctrination

Talk about hand feeding the base

I'm not talking about wealthy liberals who want to retire and play golf every day. I'm talking about people who literally can't afford to live in liberal states, who move to conservative states which are cheaper, and they can't connect the dots.

Is that really going too fast for you? You don't seem to have any idea what I find funny. Presumably, you're a person who can never, ever admit that liberalism has flaws.

"The Sales Tax Rate for Tennessee is 9.5%. The US average is 7.3%.
- The Income Tax Rate for Tennessee is 0.0%. The Average is 4.6

No one spends 100% of their income, on things that are subject to state sales tax either. So the savings is way, way more than 3%. Also, you can't compare TN to "average" tax rates, compare it to "average liberal" tax rates, you'll see the savings. People aren't moving from TX to TN for taxes. But they are moving from CT to TN for taxes.

I did the math to help my brother figure out what he'd save by moving his family and business from CT to the suburbs of Nashville. He saved a fortune, and he'd tell you the quality of life is better.

I don't have any idea what she's the product of (I'd say liberal indoctrination posing as education is a great guess). I do know, that she said capitalism is "irredeemable".

WDMSO, where would the state get the money to pay you, if it weren't for "capitalism"? Do you understand, that not everyone can be a public servant? Not everyone can take public tax money, SOME people have to be out there, generating wealth to be taxed for you. And she says it's "irredeemable"? I'll be the very first person to say that capitalism is flawed, but it's not sinister for Gods sake. AOC is a complete, total moron, she's the living embodiment of the word "clueless".

she is something. accused trump of funding the wall but “zero” for opioids”. Except for the $6 billion that was recently allocated for fighting opioids.

so according to liberal math:

Spence, you work in Finance, and the most influential democrat in DC said that capitalism is irredeemable. Do you have no comment?

Here’s a hint. When Trump says stupid things, you think that means he’s a stupid person. When Trump says awful things, you think that means Trump is an awful person.

But let me guess! In this case, she just misspoke, and/or was taken out of context? But nothing she says, says anything about the kind of person she is?

Capitalism being irredeemable and bragging about sexually assaulting other human beings as a hobby are two different categories of things people say. One makes you a horrible person, the other makes you an misinformed idiot.

Lets be clear, she isn’t exactly the democratic party’s knight in shining armor, no matter what Fox News is trying to tell you. Representatives from both parties show up, say stupid stuff while their star is burning bright and flame out all the time, she’s no different if she just wants to keep saying stupid stuff. That’s why she’s one of hundreds like her who are asked to collectively make laws for our country... so her being a misinformed idiot just creates noise.

she is without a doubt, the
most influential person in that party right now.

or maybe the leader of the party is the one who is currently the front runner for president, one Bernie Sanders, another committed socialist ( despite being wealthy with theee homes).

The Dems are doing everything they can, to get trump re elected. he may not get re elected, but they are making it more likely.

i didn’t say despising capitalism and bragging about abusing women are the same thing. but is one those things, nothing? Isnone meaningless? Spence will say yes.

I kinda like Andrew Yang...he's proposing giving everyone a 1000 bucks a month...who wouldn't like that??? I will have 3 in college soon with the oldest already thinking med school so I'm signing on to the free college thing....I could use an extra thousand a month for all sorts of stuff, I could upgrade my Subaru for a TESLA and get all of those govt. rebates before they expire....I'm sick of paying for private health insurance that I never use, I'm happy to have the government pay for that and if I get an Obama phone I could have another 50 bucks a month in my pocket...becoming a democrat could easily swing my budget a couple thousand a month and these candidates are only getting started giving stuff away...hey...I work every day....how about a mandatory maximum 30 hour work week to protect me from myself and evil corporate bosses !!......I'm IN!!!

When people like you or Spence tell me I'm an idiot, but never explain why, never offer a syllable about what specifically I'm wrong about, or what the correct answer is, it's hard to take you seriously.

It's an opinion that she's the most influential. I can't prove it. But she has, I believe, the largest social media following. And every democratic presidential contender jumped on the Green New Deal, which is about the stupidest thing anyone has ever written. Not ONE of them called it out for the nonsense we all know it is. No one is willing to tell her to shut up, listen, and learn.

My wife and I have determined that we could move to Bedford or Brookline NH, get the same exact house we have now, better public schools, and save about $900 a month, and that's WITHOUT tolls in CT, which are coming (every 6 miles on every highway is the latest proposal). So if I can bring myself to move somehow, AND I get my 1,000 a month from Andrew Yang, I'm looking good, I can get that 23 foot regulator.

Her Green New Deal is a suicide pact. And I believe that every democrat running for POTUS, has igned onto it. They can't stand up to her, none of them.
None are willing to even disagree with her.

AOC is God's gift to Trump. She really is. A dingbat like that is the mouthpiece for her party, her generation, and quite possibly for space aliens.

What is the category of things people say that refers to past actions of someone as a representation of who he is now where there is no evidence that he does those things anymore? And for what he has apologized? And for characterizing something that is allowed as being an assault? Is there no redemption for past sins?

If capitalism is irredeemable, are humans also not capable of redemption? If we did something "horrible" in the past are we then forever horrible?

If there is a category for implying someone being what he once was but no longer is, it seems to me that category could charitably be referred to as misrepresentation.

AOC is doing her stupidity NOW while in a position of political power that can influence the entire nation. Trump did what you phrase as "horrible" (really, in its context?) in the private past. Which, of the two, is meaningful to the people of this country today?

A bank which finances a project, is responsible for the actions of the operator of the project?
