there is a video of a school in Israel showing the reaction of the young students when the teacher announces they won't have to wear masks anymore....funny because I've heard so much about how kids really don't mind wearing their masks :kewl:

They'll be writing papers for 100 years documenting the damage we did to these kids. It's not like we were doing them a lot of favors pre-covid, asking kids to grow up on-line instead of outside with friends. But it makes you want to cry for them, they've been deprived of so much.

Scoop: National Archives last month had to retrieve boxes of Trump WH records from Mar-a-Lago that were improperly removed from the WH. The items included correspondence w Kim Jong Un.

I know I speak for all of you when I express my complete shock and utter incredulity at the suggestion that our fastidiously conscientious and incorruptibly virtuous former president could possibly have committed even the slightest infringement of the Presidential Records Act.

so you are saying parents in those 7 districts in the lawsuit out of 133 districts in VA are still able to mask their children and send them to school if they want to?

It only matters if someone was seen w/o a mask.

Paul, can 2 things be true and matter at the same time?

Should someone who wants to be governor of GA, obey the mask mandates in place in GA?

Abrams, very much in Trump-like fashion, attacked her critics on this. She couldn’t just say she made a mistake and she’ll try to do better. Nope. She went into a tirade against those who dared to question her.

He was the "law and order president" as well as " the most transparent president ever"
It would be hypocritical of him to break the law by shredding documents and records.

Those North Korean letters are very key…
Q: Why is he so protective of them that he threatens a Time journalist right in the Oval with prison for snapping a photo of one of them and then later spirits them off to Florida as his personal possession?

Big deal if one time, somewhere, someone forgot to put on their mask or took it off too soon or if the person taking the photo used a telephoto lens and made it appear they are standing close to someone else.

We have evidence that Trump and his minions tried to steal an election yet you'll continue to post pictures about someone, somewhere w/o a mask on as if that is the most important thing in the news.

you’re right, if it was one person one time, who cares. but there’s a clear, obvious pattern of elected democrats violating the mandates they advocate for.

No big deal, character flaws is mine for expecting them to maybe lead by example.

I don’t disagree with you that trump tried to overturn the election.

again, i’m almost certain that two things can be true at the same time. Trump at least considered some very ugly things, and elected democrats are being regularly hypocritical with masks.

not sure why it’s one or the other.

.

Did you really, seriously, type that? You're saying that with a straight face.

OK, maybe Trump never said any of those boorish things we claim he said, maybe a very talented ventriloquist just made it seem like he said those things. I mean, since you're being silly, I figured I'd join in the fun...

Zoom lens? You don't exactly need the Hubble telescope to take pictures of Stacey Abrams.

Paul has jumped the shark.

:jump: I guess you know nothing about photography.

By the way representatives Jamaal Bowman of New York and Elissa Slotkin of Michigan also had pictures taken surrounded by masked school kids with their own masks off. Now you can start 2 more threads.

Don’t I recall someone claiming that character didn’t count?
That politicians are not examples of moral rectitude?
That they weren’t concerned about their children looking to the President as a moral leader?

But when it’s a perceived flaw of a woman of the other side of the aisle…….

Do you consider ANTIFA to be "the base of the democratic party"? Because I don't.

You scour the internet looking for bad things done by the fringe on the right, and you assume that everyone on the right is responsible. It's not a serious thing to say. It's what one does, when one can't admit the truth.

Or maybe she should wait till she hears about … Nikki Haley.

Haley referring to Trump and Jan. 6: “We need to acknowledge he let us down. He went down a path he shouldn’t have, and we shouldn’t have followed him, and we shouldn’t have listened to him. And we can’t let that ever happen again."

Odd Hawaii Masks are always required indoors

The photos show Obama speaking to at least four other men with the construction firm Armstrong Builders, all of whom were masked up. Masks are not required to be worn outside in Hawaii.

I guess Jim or Scott or all the others on the outrage merry go round

Never considered the men in masks was company policy

you provided a statement that you put in quotes. where’d you get it?!

it’s a pretty simple question. unless you made it up.

how, exactly, did you get a quote from “the gop base”? they all got together and crafted a statement, and signed it “the GOP base”?

i’d just love to see the source.
