Actually - I think it will be a crap shoot but I have changed the minimum time between posts from 20 seconds to 2 seconds. This way people want get the dreaded "The System Administrator has limited....." blah blah blah....

Just Noticed - So there is no confusion, if at the last moment there are two people that post the same money at the same time and are the last 2 posts (or however many tied) the FIRST person to post the highest dollar at the same price because those after did not post a HGIHER dollar - make sense?
