i like number 4 lol

rocketman 01-04-2004 12:05 AM

Thanks to Missing Link for posting my pics. That #4 was from the plugswap made by Chumbucket. Sposed to look like a torpedo I think. BTW, there is a plug in the box marked Katie that Canalman is supposed to pass along. ;)

BigFish 01-04-2004 12:34 AM

Slingah...nice picture!

Slingah....looks like they got your bad side in that picture......the front!:laugha:

Slingah 01-04-2004 12:44 AM

Notaro 01-04-2004 01:44 AM

Joe, thanks a lot. The picture of me being sleepy, I looked stupid.:p
Nice pictures, man. I am looking forward to the fluking you mentioned, right? Hope you had a good time.

Clammer, when we spoke, I wasn't completely understood what you were saying. Trolling, what the hell was I thinking?:smash: Yes, fishing in RI in May SOUNDS AWESOME!

JohnR, thanks for the help with the ledgerunner and GS, your plastics look promising. Thanks for the site, JohnR. Bill was right about one thing here, there are many GOOD FISHERMEN and FISHERWOMEN to learn from and such more.

Slingah and BigFish, it was nice meeting ya and hopefully we can hook up soon. If I happen to nail a 40 lber, I got BF here to hold it for me since he is so tall and my rod is ten feet long.:D

Christain, your plugs are nice.

BM, when I get the photos developed, you might not like what you will be seeing.

Too many names for me to mention...

MacoJoe, I am thankful for the fluking tips you gave me today on jigging, rigging up, and etc. They are helpful.

Notaro 01-04-2004 02:40 AM

So is it worthy for me to spend $170 of tackles and lures!

Got Stripers 01-04-2004 06:48 AM

Wife reminded me the toolhouse cookies were on a glass platter:(, I said are you sure. Don't suppose anyone ended up with that off the long table.

fishweewee 01-04-2004 08:24 AM

I had a blast ... and it wasn't from the chili. :hihi:

Seriously, it was great meeting up with the familiar faces and ... very nice to finally meet some people who up until yesterday I have only "met" with online...including BigFish, NIB, Goosefish, Missing Link and Missing Link Jr., BlackEye, Throwing Timber, CAL, Backbeach Jake, and Tagger, amongst many others. My short-term memory is going ...

chris L 01-04-2004 08:56 AM

fishweewee 01-04-2004 08:59 AM

p.s. I would have slept in the truck. :hihi:

Slipknot 01-04-2004 09:52 AM

fishweewee 01-04-2004 11:41 AM

:crying:

macojoe 01-04-2004 11:41 AM

well there will always be a few that won't go out in less then a 30 footer with all coustom rods, and all kinds of flshing stuff, only to coime home and say they weren't bitting today! Spending tons of cash on fuel & Beer

I bet I don't spend $50 a day to go out!! Thats gas for boat and truck. Any rod will work, but I build my own.

Its only as expencive as you want it to be!

I no guys that go out all summer long and never get a thing!! They come home with a bucket of Scup and say we had a great day!!

Thanks Slip and John for putting this together. I had a great time and enjoyed talking to everyone, and meeting some new people.

I don't remember who I was talking to about bottle darters (NIB?) - we were trying to remember the manufacturer -
"North Bar Tackle".

Again, thanks everyone. The quality of the plugs I saw yesterday was impressive.

chris L 01-04-2004 03:25 PM
