Hey Mike

They can be quite selective at times. You just don't know it, because the ones you usually see are the ones that are blitzing. The selective ones go unnoticed. They can be especially picky after dark.

I don't think so Bob, he makes his own plugs

One of the sponsors here has Gags lures in the shop, and he replied to this thread.

not everything is as it seems

tattoobob 01-10-2008 07:21 PM

Who is he? rule bending at it's finest

what rule was bent?

the guy who started the thread makes his own plugs and made a comment about some gags plugs, big deal

you are calling more attention to gags plugs is what it looks like to me

have a beer bob :D:faga:

tattoobob 01-10-2008 07:29 PM

Thanks but I don't drink, but have one for me.

thanks for straightening me out on this one :whackin:

Slipknot 01-10-2008 07:31 PM

I just saw this thread is from 2004

so are you thinking the guy who bumped it up is getting free plugs? cuz I don't know that guy, sounds like he was just asking questions

no problem Bob

tattoobob 01-10-2008 07:35 PM

Probably not, we all know about the squid zee, and the surf dancer

that's what the question was, so it is most likely innocent

cow tamer 01-11-2008 04:23 PM

What caused me to bump it up was that I saw some in a tackle shop, did a forum search and came up with the thread. The thread never addressed how they performed. I asked the question because I wished to know if I should buy some. You guys took my innocent query to this next level. Now you've gone and hurt my feelings, conjuring up your own misguided thoughts as to my intentions. There's an expression "who ever smelt it, dealt it." For you to think in this manner, perhaps you yourselves behave in this manner. Forfeit to me a plug of my own choosing and your apology will be accepted.

Well there you have it gentlemen, the first 40# bass of 2008 and, unfortunately no pictures.

I'd love to see a 42# bass lying on the snow!:rotf2:

westhavendave 01-16-2008 05:37 PM

Actually there ARE rumors flying at the other place about a 50# from the eastern CT river known for winter fishing. How's that for diplomatic!
