Victor, tape a caddle prod to your rod next time you head out. No more horsie or horsie owner problem.

Chunkers sitting in front of their gear with their weight and bait washed up on the shore 50 feet down the beach.

People who throw bait into a blitz and not hooking up when everyone else is tossing tins, poppers or jigs and slaying em', TAKE A LOOK AROUND YOU! :uhoh:

You are fishing near a couple of other guys you managed to land a few decent fish but don't see anyone else doing much. Then you watch as the fellow next to you delibertly casts over your line and reels your lure in, shines a light on it, shouts to his bud..."A DARTER, HE IS USING A YELLOW DARTER" then tosses it back in the sand and continues fishing....like I didn't notice.:liquify:

This always cracks me up, I see this all the time and what is funny is they appear really serious about what they are doing but the bait is on the beach.

I would wait until he changes his lure and casts then cut him off..no more yellow darter for you!

oh man these are all good...
I don't think anyone mentioned, the bait soakers that set up 50 yards from the water line because they don't want to move as the tide comes in... if you ever fish PI you've seen this, then they get pissed when you walk into their line - it's like "sorry, I didn't see your rods set up 50 friggin' yards away!"
I know somebody mentioned that you can avoid a lot of these problems by fishing in the deep night and I agree, but in the prime times, the beaches can get pretty crowded even at night, that's one of the reasons I have taking to rock hopping, surprisingly, not too many people like to crawl around rocks at 3am.

I'd have a hard time not setting the friggin hook in his hand when he picked it up. Real hard time.
