Back on the water. We both broke the skunk Sat morning. It was just nice to be out on the water with the wife. Minus the husband/wife teaching bickering part. :rotf2:

Take from another old, married guy (41 years this year) "You can be right or you can be happy." I choose to be happy so I am NEVER right.

Yup... I'm slowly learning that one... 14 years.

No thanks, not for me, I refuse to give in. Ask her, she usually submits to my cool headedness. :devil2: That and I take her fishing.

tynan19 04-21-2009 10:09 AM

No problem invisible one.

Why did it take so long??

Your last pix of Starfish was January 9 of this year.
We need some more eye candy so keep those post
cards and letters coming. If Starfish allows you to
go schoolie fishing this weekend give me a PM and I
will join youse. But please no spot burning.

Yeah show us pictures of your wife, but for God's sake don't show a picture of where you fish!:rotflmao:

Offshore24 04-21-2009 04:21 PM

I hear he's using shiners and she's using flies...............

tynan19 04-21-2009 07:15 PM

The shiners were discarded from the gentleman fishing next to us. Your boat still behind the snowbank?

Offshore24 04-22-2009 07:12 AM

Only snow I have is behind garage. Really. Lil Boat is ready to run. Big plastic boat is still under wraps. Supposed to hit 70 degrees up here on Sat. Probably a good day to uncover, install canvas, hunt down mice, start cleaning. A trip to one of the local lakes may not be out of the question either.

P.S. - lamiglas still has my damaged blank :( no word on whether or when their going to do something about it.

In keeping with the thread - Casey needs to get a couple shots of hubby fishing.

Normally she gets some good ones. Of course being almost dark played a part.

reelecstasy 04-23-2009 09:01 AM

Well done....:claps::claps::claps:

So she picked up the conventional stick this weekend and now I might be buying another setup as her thumb was educated enough to get the hang of it. I wonder if Abu makes pink sideplates or will she just go for the chrome. :humpty:
