Now ORV's are responsible for global warming and beach erosion.
The crap that comes out of this guys mouth is unbelievable. Someone needs to start a GOLDENFRAUD FB page so we can refute this guys venomous attacks on us.

‎2 good articles in Apr 3 Sunday Boston Globe on Sea Level Rise, with prediction that effect could be greatest in the Northeast. 2nd article about South Shore, "Perilous wave of the future". Another reason we need to focus on the reducing the erosion and destruction caused by beach-driving SUVs and why we should support increased protections for rare and endangered species of birds that nest on barrier beaches.

What the article makes me think is Geez maybe we better put these birds in zoo if we want to keep them. It in no way tells me that we need to keep trucks off the beach. It aggrevates me to no end that we cannot respond to this BS

Yeah, isn't it amazing that dissenting comments are deleted or blocked from their website, and then they cliam that they have had nothing but positive feedback from the public?
The "foundation" (i.e. eco-scam) is a joke, and the only thing worse than these walking, talking, reproducing piles of feces is any liberal judge that believes any of the crap they throw out as "alleged" true!

If they were to ever succeed, it would be a sad day for logical, free-thinking, intelligent anglers everywhere!

Ya know if I thought for one second that ORV's damaged the beach I would be against them. By following the rules and keeping away from the dunes we are doing no damage at all to the beach. The tide comes in and makes all my tracks go away. 6 hours later nobody would ever know I was there. That is the type of thing I would like to say to those Goldenfraud people and all those who believe them.

The Renewable energy earth loving crowd is farce for the most part. people want to be associated with it because it is trending up.

Next time you see a prius or a volt driving down the road ask yourself where the energy came from to charge the batteries to fuel that vehicle? More than likely from an electrical outlet in a home connected to the grid fed by coal driven turbines or nuclear rarely solar never wind.

The other thing to consider is what do we do with all the batteries when they have outlived there usefulness? Where do they go and how are they recycled. If you want to drive a hybrid or electric do it to save on energy costs not to save the planet your logic is flawed.

Those curly lightbulbs that you put in your home and they save you money. Loaded with Mercury. Not really a green alternative unless recycled properly.

Sorry, not true. Everything you talked about in your post is far better than the alternative. Leads to more striped bass in the end. The majority of people I know are renewable energy and earth loving crowd because it makes sense. They also like to drive on beaches to fish so I am not buying into your divisive crap that we are better off with current energy use. :) :yak5:

The info below considers pollution from charging an ev vs pollution from int. comb. engines.
"Because California has a mix of cleaner fuels and renewable sources, several studies have concluded that improvements in air quality can be achieved easily by plugging in to EVs.

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) estimates that EVs operating in the Los Angeles Basin would produce 98 percent fewer hydrocarbons, 89 percent fewer oxides of nitrogen, and 99 percent less carbon monoxide than ICE vehicles.

In a study conducted by the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, EVs were significantly cleaner over the course of 100,000 miles than ICE cars. The electricity generation process produces less than 100 pounds of pollutants for EVs compared to 3000 pounds for ICE vehicles. "
