Maybe tresspassing. In the water is certainly below the high water mark. Anyway , just curious as a trivia thing.

im completely assuming that when a marina is granted permits for docks, its property lines then extend into the water and at least a boats width around each dock. But again... i have no idea.

You had to watch the boat races from a boat. Not very difficult to pick up a ride. But you didn't need a boat to watch all the hot babes the races brought to town!
