Wow! I think that is a new portly angler record for Zacs - 12 pounds in one week. That's awesome. Congratulations - keep it up. :uhuh:

i have been in the gym almost two hours a day every day and on a wicked strict diet. unfortunately business travel starting today over the next three weeks will ruin all of that. both the exercise schedule and the diet :(

Crap 205 :smash: Time to go hardcore - this moderate exercise and eating is not working. Going to make a schedule and sign up for a 5k road race on April Fools Day (very appropriate for me):horse: This way I will have a little more incentive to hit the pavement and loose this. :fight:

Super bowl and traveling not good...stayed even at 291. Gotta kick it up a notch as I'm on the road again this week.

205 again - I thought all the skiing I did this weekend would have burned some of this weight off. Ate well and worked out all week and not a pound. Hopefully it will show on the scale soon. :smash:
