I've ridden the length of the Canal into 30 mph winds, and even in my low gears and at my level of fitness, it ain't easy. It's like climbing an 8% grade hill---for 7 miles.
I can imagine it on a heavy bike, with two rods and gear in the baskets. At least you picked the right way to start and finish. :grins: |
