Personally would rather see it sooner as the other get togethers are late Feb through March. RST, any chance of Feb 4, the night before the SuperBowl?

March 31 is the earliest. Again the longer you guys take to OK the 3/31 the chances of the hall being booked by another party increases.

The Usual hotel (last year) has posted a
$74/nite charge that I called on and was
told no discounts as it is their last room
at that price for 3/31. I have my doubts on
this. Has any one else gotten a better
price from them. If so give me a PM as
I need to book something.

I think im going to watch the consumption and drive home this year. Fishing festivities and scotch go together like PB&J. On another note i will be donating a bunch of bucktails to the raffle table and some pluggage im sure.

Raffle table will have some xtra high end stuff this year.
