Great work, Glen. All I had to do was throw it out there.

Here is one my son took on the old dependable purple skinny donny. Just an incredible plug for night time bass.

I'm not dead yet....but close.

Hit this real solid 20# class fish(fish was built like a brick) on my old reliable white needle recently. Its actually a modified gag's style body with my signature exfoliating paint...fish like it though:

Nice catch!

I'm still puzzled as to why you crop the handsome lad's face (obviously got his looks from your better half) out of all your pics but leave your mug in???

ProfessorM 10-15-2012 03:53 PM

LOL

That's cheating stocking stripers in a golf course pond.

nice fish. the gag's needles fish really well - until they fall apart which unfortunately doesn't take long at all.

I hear that the new owner/operator of the company (24/7 Lures ?) has figured out the finish issues.

My best ever plug fish courtesey of one of George's yellow/white hab's knockoffs he gave me at plugfest a couple of years ago... That plug would be retired if I hadn't lost it later that night... 41 lbs and released... George if you're making more this winter I need a replacement :uhuh:

Slipknot 10-21-2012 06:28 PM

That was a helluva fish Dave :btu:

sux you lost the needle but you got a pic of the fish at least

numbskull 10-21-2012 06:45 PM

Congrats on the fish, kudos for letting her swim, and credit to Habs.

bobber 10-25-2012 04:06 PM

DigginJiggin- love the way the plug is poking outta the fish's gill (headfirst!) that thing waffled that plug

This is a skill not all can claim to have. If you look close you can see the plug is 3/4 it's body length. Takes a precision presentation:uhuh:.

He's not doing too badly. Here he is, same plug, same day.

Hookedagain 10-26-2012 08:22 AM

Thanks George, I actually drove by Pauls house yesterday and it looked like him in the driveway but I was in a hurry and couldn't stop to chew the fat.

Bronko 10-26-2012 08:50 AM

Nice fish paul! (nice captaining george!)

Kinda interesting. This past week I've had trouble catching fish with surface swimmers and pencils, done mediocre with spooks and big poppers, but they have absolutely been crushing Paul's flaptail. The poor little thing is getting all beat up.

ProfessorM 10-28-2012 01:05 PM

great. I got more. ruin away. Nutin on the real large one?
