Alright you sick bunch of pervs I'm back home from an absolute wonderful evening. She's a really pretty south shore Irish girl and somehow this half italian/portuguese slug hit it off with her. Very classy lady. I broke the ice nicely by pouring oyster juice all down the front of my shirt on the 3rd oyster in. She got a good long laugh out of that! We took in a couple of bands in the area and I drove her back to her car. After that well let's just say there's going to be another date. Did I mention she's really pretty? I'm a sucker for petite blondes! Sorry old habits are hard to break!! Anyways one of the places we were at a woman came up to us and said that she looked exactly like Monica Potter of the show Parenthood. We googled her and she is a dead on ringer. Not too shabby! I'm very happy to come out of the gate with a nice date like that. Feeling good about myself and ready for the next chapter. Thanks for making me laugh here guys, it's helped a lot!!

What that first date cost you?

Not bad about $100 total going to 3 different places.
No dinner just apps and a couple of drinks. I paid for everything but she offered to buy the drinks at the 2 other places we went too. The amount is meaningless too me though because of what it did for my ego. It's been years since I've been with someone that was interested, laughed and let her guard down a little.
