Hail Mary....

.....and a dropped pass.
My area has been dead, so jumped the boarder and headed west.
Threw one last minute pass and came up just short.
36.5#
Bailed to get home in time for the deadline thinkin it might make it......
Friggin pic won't load cause I need a "security Token"?????
My computer guy will put it up in morn. And it ate a Danny Danny (shhhhh. I do fish somethin besides eels, especially when mine are all dead)......Did end up with one trouble hook in shin.
Glad I lost. Don't need a Back Beach plug = firewood
Thanks Michael and congrats to the winner on a useless plug.

You poor thing...sounds like you invested much time and emotion into this only to come up short. I'll get you out another one of my rejects as a token reward for your efforts. Now for the real winners:

Tysdad- "Numbskull" division winner with a 16" beauty.

Rick Hern- Largest overall at 38#

Fishbones and Sauerkraut- "Bonds" division for Largest released.

Did I miss anyting? If so, call me out.

Congrats guys!

Get me out your mailing addresses before the paint bubbles up and the lips fall out of these plugs.

Give the guy a plug he abuses it catches a big fish on it and can't even be bothered to take a picture of the plug in the fishes mouth :smash:

Quit yer bitchin...we have a prize named after you and besides, I would gladly trade my bad timing for your 25# ers right about now.

rickhern 06-01-2011 10:44 AM

Hey Mike, after much deliberation, I am going to have you pass this plug along to the best eel fisherman that I know and a guy who really needs to add a few plugs to his repertoire(as long as he promises to stay off my rock at the canal:love:)

rickhern 06-01-2011 10:46 AM

Of course, if he doesn't want it.....nothing over 2-1/2, I am getting a little gimpy in my old age.

Screw him, he's been kicking sand in my face lately anyways, belittling me, calling me names like "Kill Switch" and such...Send me your addy...eff him and his piss soaked wetsuit.

Yeah, eff him, I want more wood, he'd never be able to stay off my rock anyways(cuz there all MINE!!)

SAUERKRAUT 06-02-2011 09:07 PM

Thanks, BB, for the plug recognizing the "release" category. I haven't done any better, since. In fact, ---IF...I can't catch a daybreak bass tomorrow AM when I'll be fishing with Ole' Skip at his favorite perch,---THEN...I'll be the ONLY legal resident of the state of Massachusetts NOT to catch one single fish on this whole set of tides. The black crow has landed on my shoulder. Numbskull gave me a handful of plugs to change my karma. Bonds for now, BB.

fishbones 06-03-2011 09:44 AM

Thanks, Mike! I got the plug in the mail yesterday and it looks great. I'm looking forward to fishing it. It's very generous of you to put your time and effort into something like this for the rest of us. It's much appreciated!:btu:

rickhern 06-03-2011 03:37 PM

Thanks Mike, great looking plug!
