I like ebay for the beaters! Those two big white masterlures, got for $2.45! I bought em so I could copy them, if they worked back then, they will work now. Some stuff on ebay gets rediculus. I love to make my own plugs, and ebay is great for finding old junkers to copy :-}

What I did today. Slip made me the blank, I drilled, sanded, selaed and primed. Today I painted it in a classic pattern. I wish it was June...........

Oh yeah, I hand cut the lip as well from a Fixter pattern I copied at Bassmaster's.:)

Tonight the "holey" needle.

The Holey Needle and it's twin by Salty. ( this color really catches)

Indulge me, I'm on a retro/classic sort of old school paint kick. Two Atoms and a Conrad knock off.

I hand cut all the lips and obviously the Conrad lip needs some tweaking.:smash:

flap, an chance of a better photo of those "holy needles" its hard to tell what color they really are.. i'm painting some up soon and would love some inspiration:D

Let me try it tomorrow when the sun is out so I can take the shots outside and get the true colors. Also I got a plug from Fishingfreak that has a wild paint job ( it looks like the tank on a custom chopped Harley) but I need to take that pic outdoors as well.;)
