Hey Everyone!

I have made a list of menu items that you all have said you will bring to give us a better of idea of where we stand on food.

Here goes:

There are now 21 Main Course dishes on the table (including Eben's 'Holdover Suprise)
Two salads
5 Deserts
Paper Goods (forks, knives, spoons, plates, bowls, napkins) from IwannaKeeper and Capt. Dave

It looks like we may be lacking in:

Hope that helps and can't wait to see everyone again!

TheBetterHalf 02-02-2005 04:49 PM

Hi again everyone!

Just wanted to give an update that I have contacted the Holiday Inn again and waiting for a call back.

t.orlando 02-02-2005 05:45 PM

Thanks Betterhalf, I will bring some dessert type stuff too( I work with Entennmans)

JohnR 02-03-2005 09:16 PM

OK - my wife got a call back from the Holiday Inn - Regular rate is 85 or so per night and the S-B rate would be 65 per night if we get more than 10 rooms (hey, an extra twenty for the raffle table :hihi: or some expensive wine for your missus :laughs: )...

I'm going to start a holiday in room thread - please reply to the thread if you will register a room for that night...

Thanks,

John

I don't know if this has been mentioned as an item to bring there's a lot to read in this thread, but I'll bring venison sausage, and brats...I can grill them at home if there's a place to heat them up or if there's a place to grill them...

basswipe 02-08-2005 05:00 PM

Maybe I missed it but what's the exact address of the hall?

Iwannakeeper 02-08-2005 07:02 PM

Anyone have luck making reservations?

I tried the 508 number - no answer
I tried the 866 number - no friggin clue about the s-b block of rooms.

Guess I will try again tomorrow.

chris L 02-11-2005 07:30 PM

I booked a room today and the lady knew what I was looking for and it was under striped bass . now I just got to find out if I have to resign or am getting the weekend off .

Bazza 02-13-2005 07:53 PM

I am planning on atttending. I could not make it to the plug fest, sounds like a great time had by all. I'll bring some soda or water and some dessert.

Raider Ronnie 02-14-2005 09:39 PM

I know the Date is Feb. 26 th, but what time is it?
And can someone post an address or directions?
Also.
Are name tags given out?
It would be nice to put some faces with the names!!!:laughs:

hope that answered some of your questions

hunan 02-16-2005 11:36 AM

i'm in. i'll also bring soda and bottled water. with all the hot stuff on the menu it looks like you guys are going to need it. :D i assume there will be ice coolers like at plugfest, no?

Iwannakeeper 02-16-2005 11:52 AM

I can bring a big cooler if it is needed.

This is my first year, so I am a little confused. Does the hall allow us to bring our own beverages? I thought there was a bar where we bought this stuff.

-IWK

chris L 02-16-2005 11:59 AM

alcohol at the bar . soda and water ( soft drinks ) we can supply .

Carl 02-16-2005 12:02 PM

I'll bring a couple of pecan pies.

Iwannakeeper 02-16-2005 12:03 PM

I found my problem booking the room.

I was calling the 866 # for Holiday Inn corporate. They do not see the booking for Striped-bass or stripped-bass.

you do have to call the hotel directly. But I got my room and cannot wait to get there.
