If they had followed up with what they agreed to 12 years ago (after being ejected from Kuwait, which they should not have invaded in the first place) then we would not be here right now. If he complied with the numerous resolutions he signed up to, we would not be here right now....

It's a little late for complying with upmteen resolutions to disarm or for exile, right? So now I'd like to see them surrender

Saddam, he invaded Kuwait, lost, and has not complied since day one. Since day two, he's restarted WMD programs, not disarmed, gassed his own people, exported & incited what can be classified as terrorism and the list goes on and on... Yeh, Saddam is the pacifist here...
