Damn it 2 years in a row I missed it.I was in it 3 years ago.I'm losing weight anyway.I'm down to 193 from 225 at the new year.I'm at my comfortable weight for 5'11 but I'd like to get down in the 180's.Good luck guys and stick with it.Next year someone remind me since I missed it 2 years in a row.

During the insanity of the MSBA show I was less but Monday and Tuesday mornings the weight was the same....272...these one pound weeks are killing me.

Joined the gym this week finally.
Went today and did the elliptical, only did one mile but thought I was going to die. Legs feel like jello and I'm sweating like a fat kid in a candy store. Be back a few times next week. Scale read 188 today.I was 175 directly out of bootcamp.I am getting skinny.Good luck guys.I eat vegetables by the piles and fiber one bars throughout the day.Keeps my insides in check.:buds:

269...WOO HOOOO!!!! I really started this diet adjustment on Nov 1 and I was 299 so outside this contest my weight loss is now at 30 pounds!! One month in the contest means I start exercise now! |

No weight loss this week but I did start to get into a running routine. Hopefully it will show on the scales next week.
