The most anti-environmental president in our lifetime declares himself an environmentalist. Just like the most lawless president in our lifetimes preaches 'law & order.' He's simply the most hypocritical president in our lifetime.

Places around the world that used masks consistently have had half to two-thirds less Covid spread. Imagine how many deaths could have been prevented in the US if the federal government had focused on masks rather than hydroxychloroquine.
One way to make sure our COVID-19 crisis doesn't look quite so bad compared to the rest of the world is to destroy all USAID COVID-19 health programs overseas, offering no assistance to poorer countries. Yes, it's happening. Inadequate political & economic action to address COVID-19 impact will lead to greater instability in fragile countries. |

President Trump’s head popped up during his top-secret intelligence briefing in the Oval Office on Jan. 28 when the discussion turned to the novel coronavirus outbreak in China. “This will be the biggest national security threat you face in your presidency,” national security adviser Robert O’Brien told Trump, according to a new book by Washington Post associate editor Bob Woodward. “This is going to be the roughest thing you face.” Matthew Pottinger, the deputy national security adviser, agreed. He told the president that after reaching contacts in China, it was evident that the world faced a health emergency on par with the flu pandemic of 1918, which killed an estimated 50 million people worldwide. Ten days later, Trump called Woodward and revealed that he thought the situation was far more dire than what he had been saying publicly. “You just breathe the air and that’s how it’s passed,” Trump said in a Feb. 7 call. “And so that’s a very tricky one. That’s a very delicate one. It’s also more deadly than even your strenuous flu.” “This is deadly stuff,” the president repeated for emphasis. At that time, Trump was telling the nation that the virus was no worse than a seasonal flu, predicting it would soon disappear, and insisting that the U.S. government had it totally under control. It would be several weeks before he would publicly acknowledge that the virus was no ordinary flu and that it could be transmitted through the air. Trump admitted to Woodward on March 19 that he deliberately minimized the danger. “I wanted to always play it down,” the president said. |

Not sure, but if I keep reminding you of that, maybe you might finally realize it. It does seem strange that you seem to prefer to see lies that are repeated over and over as the truth, but when I tell you the truth of what my motivation is over and over, you treat it as if it were a lie and to be ignored. |
Here’s the truth
During his campaign he lied about having no Russian deals He lied about releasing his taxes He lied about pornstar payoffs He lied about Ukraine He lied about coordinating with Russia on his campaign He lied about the dangers of COVID-19 and when he knew Hundreds of thousands of Americans will die, economy destroyed and people fighting in the streets And you’re happy with the job he’s done and want more of the same. I'm not "happy" with the erosion of our constitutional order and our ongoing evolution into an unconstitutional administrative state. |

I don’t think a true stable genius of a president would grant 18 interviews to the guy who took down Nixon.

Well . . . sort of . . . he can be trusted to be the tool of Progressive ideology . . . unless all of a sudden the Press and public opinion becomes anti-Progressive. Then he will follow right along. |
In Nov. 2019, at a NATO officers’ briefing on Russian subversion, a slide was shown. The text is below.
You can review it carefully. As Putin’s employee, Trump is marking these “consistent Russian aims” off his checklist 1 by 1. His time is limited, the damage, malignant. Case Study: The United States Consistent Russian aims Reduce US role in providing European Security Weaken Transatlantic links Undermine faith in US security commitments Weaken US intelligence community Challenge and undermine Western liberal values Erode US world leadership and global respect Weaken US society; undermine social cohesion Show the US as enemy of Islam Establish post-truth, post-fact information space Discredit independent media See Russia treated as (equal) partner Reach a grand bargain to ensure stability |
