Maybe the issue is lack of respect

Maybe this non Caucasian has a point or maybe he is a racist. https://youtu.be/U2w9hRrtGDM |
Lack of thoughtfulness and honesty are pre-requisites to embrace liberalism.
These people would not actually prefer if the Charlotte police officer was the one killed. They get more upset at what appears (need to investigate) to be a justified shooting. |
Oops mixed up my clipboard links.. I meant to post this video.

Racial divide - is that why people here mention something about blacks in almost every thread? |
I think this is the video he referred to getting death threats over.

Well, you're the first one to mention it in this thread...

Funny how Kaepernick and the other athletes taking a knee are doing so because they believe a conversation needs to happen....and when someone starts the conversation they get labeled a racist.

I like what this Tj guy has to say, but I worry I will be labeled a racist for saying so. Thank god for the first amendment.

"Anger issues" is a Democrat meme used to splash negative verbal paint on socalled "conservatives. Anger is perfectly fine for Democrats when it is expressed, even violently, by leftist "protesters." When Republicans express anger, even simply by stating their opinion, it becomes an "issue."

Liberals want to give blacks just enough table scraps to keep them alive (if they are kept poor, they will still vote for Democrats). Conservatives want blacks to feel genuine success. Somehow, that makes me racist. Conservatives want to give poor blacks the choice to send their kids to schools that work. Liberals want to deny them that choice. But my side is racist? Do I have that right? Please tell me Paul, other than the fact that people like you keep saying it, WHAT IS IT ABOUT CONSERVATIVISM, THAT IS RACIST? You can't prove I ma racist because Rachael Maddow and Al Sharpton say so. Pick a true conservative principle, and explain how it's racist, and we can discuss. Or kindly admit that you have zero evidence. |

Here is the study that you and I refer to, published in that right-wing rag called the New York Times. http://www.nytimes.com/2008/12/21/op...stof.html?_r=0 "households headed by conservatives give 30 percent more to charity than households headed by liberals. A study by Google found an even greater disproportion: average annual contributions reported by conservatives were almost double those of liberals. Other research has reached similar conclusions. The “generosity index” from the Catalogue for Philanthropy typically finds that red states are the most likely to give to nonprofits, while Northeastern states are least likely to do so." Not all conservatives are generous, not all liberals are stingy. My point is that neither side can claim to have a monopoly on compassion. So when people like Paul claim that conservatives have no empathy, they are making fools of themselves. If they keep saying it enough, I guess it is assumed to be true. But a tiny speck of intellectual honesty, exposes this liberal myth for what it is - made up jibberish that is designed to cancel the debate, rather than to win the debate. This is a political platform that literally requires dishonesty and thoughtlessness. |

I guess I should have said "Non Caucasion". I wonder if any other active threads are discussing blacks right now? |

This is the dialog that all those athletes are taking a knee over. |

Now Jim is another issue. He sees something he doesn't like, it is somehow always the Liberal's fault. |

Well, you took home the gold when you said racism was a pre-requisite to embrace conservatism. Is there anything you can point to, to support that? "He sees something he doesn't like, it is somehow always the Liberal's fault" Not always, Paul. But when they are in charge, and results are horrible, is it unfair if I look for a connection? Especially when the vast majority of the places they control, are in lousy economic shape, and moral shape too? Who is rioting in NC right now, and why? Is the Tea Party burning and looting? Or is it blacks, who have been told by liberals for years that all of their suffering is because of the white power structure? Hilary is calling for police reform. The problem is, the vast majority of the problem isn't with the police, it's with the black communities they serve. But Hilary will not say that out loud, because it doesn't help her win the election, and that's all that matters. |

I make an exception for this forum in my posting.
I'm sure those people rioting are reliable voters. |

If you pick voter id cards, you have to tell us why it's harder for blacks to get those cards, than it is for whites. |

Otherwise we go back and forth. And yes, I believe that law was done for racist reasons. |
