afterhours 08-07-2005 08:01 PM

BigFish 08-07-2005 08:02 PM

And they would taste especially good to you because..........?

afterhours 08-07-2005 08:04 PM

BigFish 08-07-2005 08:06 PM

Now....when you say "welchmen" you mean.....men who would welch? :rtfm:

BigFish 08-07-2005 08:09 PM

afterhours 08-07-2005 08:11 PM

yeah! somebodys' got to do the right thing or pay the price.

BigFish 08-07-2005 08:13 PM

By "price" you are intimating that someone has....in some way.....tried to pull the "shirt" over your eyes? :eyes:

afterhours 08-07-2005 08:14 PM

nah, price means unabashed ridicule for eternity!

BigFish 08-07-2005 08:16 PM

Interesting Mr. Afterhours.......very interesting! If you were a "betting" man....would football be your game Mr. Afterhours? :kewl: Or might a little game of "integrity" be more to your liking? :hidin:

afterhours 08-07-2005 08:19 PM

i believe you are correct sir! and i always bet on the two time defending superbowl champions! not some pretenders who can lay claim to a victory in october.ohhhhhhhhh........

afterhours 08-07-2005 08:20 PM

BigFish 08-07-2005 08:21 PM

I'm not a big drinker but i had some good micro brews out in Montana last month...Trout Slayer, headstrong and Moose Drool. Not to bad!

Bernzy 08-08-2005 11:20 AM

Smithwicks (pronounced Smid#^&#^&#^&#^&s) or Boddingtons, both on tap. Although the canned Boddingtons with the widget is not bad   :gu:

I have plenty of favorites, depending on situation and Time of year, but the best beer I ever had was the IPA at the General Lafayettes Inn in Pennsylvania.

I'm a big Hop-Head and their IPA was Un-Friggin-Believable.

Cod Hunter 08-08-2005 12:33 PM

Red Stripe
Sam Adams Lager
Miller Lite

piemma 08-08-2005 12:53 PM

Back in my drinking days I would kill for Ballintine IPA. You would see God after 6 of them....or oranges that had doors

BigBo 08-08-2005 01:05 PM

Diebels Alt............ :gu: JohnR's probably sampled that German delicacy. :rotf2:

rexhamer 08-08-2005 09:58 PM

After a trip tp the Mayan Riviera in Mexico this April, I have become infatuated with Sol beer. A little hard to find, but each one brings back memories of a great trip.

Also hard to find, but great in the winter - Wexford's Irish Cream Ale.

Otherwise I like Michelob.

Clammer 08-08-2005 10:25 PM

It's not beer, but mead is awesome.

Tops in my book is Yuengling -- glass bottle, there's no other way. For stuff I can get around here, Sam Adams Cherry Wheat is good.

hooked 08-09-2005 10:52 AM

Guinness draught :gu:
Sierra Nevada Pale Ale :buds:

either as a black and tan or by themselves

if it's hot & humid, Becks or Corona
