I just got surgery a couple weeks ago for a hernia, worst part is stressing it pre-surgery. Amazing how fast the procedures are and the quick recovery period these days. I went in at 9am and was back home on the couch by 11:15. I was back working out/lifting weights 14 days later! Good luck.

Mines been bothering me for years, got worse and worse. Doc. stuck me with 3 cortizone shots in each arm over last 4 or 5 months, worked on right arm but not left.

seriously, try to keep the instructions from the Dr. It will heal faster if you don't mess with it.

Any doctor, including dentists, that I see have specific instructions from me about PAIN. I tell them that if they cause me pain I will cause them pain. You hurt me, I hurt you. Thta gets their attention real fast.
