Packing for Cutty
 

I can't believe how much stuff i need to bring:smash:
I am bringing all thses plugs because if I don't, that will be the one I may need, you never know. I am like a boy scout trying to be prepared.
I'm nuts.

and here's the three plug bags I packed for the first night, a canyon bag, a small aquaskinz bag and a tall small aquaskinz bag. all three stuffed.

Just take the Old John needle, two big pencils, rubber eels rigged or similar items,
and a water bottle

Bring the sink u don't know where #^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^& put his eels.

Your problem is that you have way to many plugs to choose from , I'll be a good guy and lighten your load if you like!!:drool:

Bruce, how's your back? If it's okay now it won't be toting all that around. Lost your connection on the cell this morning. Me and Numbskull where there last night ( bastage outfished me too!) Big water and the moon was very very very bright. call me.

Last fall I went to BI and forgot my two plug bags...

Picked up a few Scuds and ho'd the rest...was actually pretty nice not hauling that bag all over...but we still didn't get squat :hs:

You may have to hire a serpa Bruce. probably get one cheap in New Bedford.

Keep it simple and light, Slip.

By day, 2 pencils, 1 swimmer, 1spook, 1popper, 1 tin.
By night, 4-5 needles (the one you showed is perfect), 1 swimmer, 1 jointed eel (you got a nice one there), 1 slow water darter, and some rubber if you can cast it.
I can't think of where you would use a bucktail from shore.
Carry a backup light.
Pray for some cloud cover.
There are some decent fish around.

It's something u do with a knifey...
A Island in Mass.Like any other place has been know to have it moments.So the mystique gets a great build up.it has a very old bass club which is the only place to stay.Which adds to the hype/No cars.Its all walking.The ferry drops u off an the folks from the club pick u up an for the most part ur on ur own.There have been times when guys have done very good there.an there have been times guys have done very good on all of the islands or many of the mainland spots.Its all relative.As many or more trips there have not been able to meet the great expectations as have met them but it's still cool to go.As with any other fishing vacation u can take.
